The total months of available inventory increased more than 22 percent statewide in July from
2017 numbers, the Wisconsin REALTORS Association reported. Dane County saw a 15.6 percent
increase over the same period of time.
While we’re seeing an uptick on the number of homes on the market, they aren’t lasting long. Low
unemployment and a strong economy continue to make for a strong seller’s market.
On average, the period of time homes remained on the market declined by approximately 11.5
