Nadya Nahirniak-Hansen is the Director of the Relocation Division of Restaino & Associates. She is a licensed real estate agent and a native of Waunakee, WI, and has been with Restaino & Associates since 1992. Nadya has worked in all aspects of relocation from coordinator, to consultant and currently as the Director of the Division since 1998. She has acquired the highest designation in the relocation industry, Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS). Nadya attended Madison Business College in the Business Administration Program. Nadya manages the division and its staff, develops and implements the relocation budget and is key in managing inventory properties through the corporations and third party companies the division works with. In addition to her duties as Director, she sits on the board of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council as Secretary and assists in developing the WERC's state conference each year. Nadya is a member of the Realtor's Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), The Wisconsin Realtor's Association Downtown Madison Inc., (DMI), The Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau, The Madison Chamber of Commerce, The Wisconsin Biotech and Medical Device Association (WBMA). She is also a member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC) The national Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Relocation Director's Council (RDC). Deb Jafolla-Ponzio is the Business Development Manager of the Relocation Division of Restaino & Associates. She moved to the Madison area in 1991 from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and comes with many years of sales experience. Deb's primary responsibility is acquiring new business and servicing existing corporate accounts. In addition to their corporate accounts, the Relocation Division is the preferred vendor for Relocation and Real Estate Services for the Wisconsin Biotech & Medical Device Association which has over 200 members. In addition to her business development duties, Deb is also responsible for marketing the division and spear heads their public relations and philanthropic endeavors. She will also manage the Restaino & Associates Youth Scholarship in Biotechnology. Deb is also in charge of all the division's exhibit efforts, creating the tone and theme for each event. Deb is a member of the Downtown Madison Inc. (CMI), The Greater Madison Convention and Visitor Bureau (GMCVB), The Madison Chamber of Commerce, the Wisconsin Biotech & Medical Devise Association (WBMA), The Wisconsin Technology Council (WTN) and the Society or Human Resource Management (SHRM). Deb sits on the advisory committee for BIO and on the Education Committee for the Wisconsin Biotech and Medical Devise Association. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC), the national Employee Relocation Council (ERC). Deb is also involved with Sales and Marketing Executives of Madison (SME-Madison), serving on their board of directors as well as their Treasurer. Deb is also a member and Officer at the Madison Elks serving as their Lecturing Knight and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She is a Past President of the Promotional Production Association of Wisconsin (PPAW) and while served on their board for 9 years, she ran the traveling Promotional Showcases held in Madison, Green Bay and Milwaukee. Deb is the current President of Cultural Italian American Organization (CIAO), Past 3 term President of Business Networking International (BNI) and Founder of Connections (Madison Area Networking Group of Professionals). CaSondra Konopacki is a Relocation Consultant with the Relocation Division. She has been with Restaino & Associates since 2002. She is a licensed realtor and a native of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. CaSondra has acquired her Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation. CaSondra handles all of the incoming and outgoing client referrals from the division's corporate clients, third parties and independent agents. She profiles the relocating transferees, assigns them to the appropriate agent and follows the transferee's progress from beginning to end. In addition to those duties, CaSondra handles the division's billing and data resource systems. CaSondra is a member of the Realtor's Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), The Wisconsin Realtor's Association (WRA), Downtown Madison Inc. Alex Amacci is the Relocation/Leasing Coordinator of the Relocation Division. He is studying for his real estate license and hopes to obtain it in the near future. Alex grew up in Verona, Wisconsin. He continues to take college courses to complete a degree in Business and Communication Arts. He joined Restaino & Associates Realtors in 2007. Alex's duties are varied! Not only does he manage the Division's vast resource library, he also manages our rental program which entails researching the rental market and touring corporate clients depending on their needs. Alex also directs the Restaino & Associates Realtors web lead program. Alex is a member of the National Apartment Association, the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin (AASCW), Downtown Madison Inc. (DMI), The Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau, (GMCVB) The Madison Chamber of Commerce and the Wisconsin Biotech & Medical Device Association (WBMA).
