Trained Professionals
Agents with Restaino & Associates have on average over 15 years of experience. They are self-starters who value their independence and have earned the respect of their customers, clients, and peers. For newly licensed individuals, Restaino & Associates provides an in-house training program. Our training courses are detailed and comprehensive with sessions covering agency and contract law, marketing, financing and new construction. Other topics covered include inspections, title insurance, income property analysis and tax deferred exchanges and a special module on environmental hazards.
Lucrative Compensation Plans
Associates at Restaino & Associates participate in their choice of commission plans. Associates may alternate plans from year to year and are encouraged to meet with management to decide which plan would work best for the associate. Our idea is to pay the lion's share of the money to the agents and give them greater control over their marketing plans. Our compensation plans reduce stress because Associates don't have to worry about monthly desk fees or huge advertising bills.
